We do not use microwaves and fresh food will take time, so you may sometimes have to wait, hang in there and we will get to you. We know how precious your lunchtime breaks are, and we work hard to meet your demands.

Our curries are light and healthy because we cook with only extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
Only natural spices are used. No colouring, additives,preservatives or curry powder. We use our own ground blend of spice for masala.
We use fresh onion, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh chilli and organic whole plum tomatoes.
The vegetables we use are always fresh and prepared and cut by hand. The beans and lentils are organic, unless stated, and dried not tinned. The dishes are Vegan.
We buy all our meat fresh from Smithfields. The Chicken is Free Range breast fillets from Gloucestershire . English leg of Lamb is used for diced and the keema minced lamb.
The menu changes daily. We have a chicken, vegetarian, and alternate with Keema Lamb, Diced Lamb and Prawn Curry.
We cook in stainless steel pots and pans.

Fresh Free Range chicken breast cooked in a blend of our own ground spices, seasalt, fresh green chillies, ginger, garlic, onions, extra virgin olive oil, organic plum tomatoes.

>Vegetable Curry £3.50
Fresh potato, carrot, broccoli, green beans, green peppers, cauliflower* cooked in a blend of our own ground spices, seasalt, fresh green chillies, ginger, garlic, onions, extra virgin olive oil, organic plum tomatoes.

>All meals come with plain unsalted Guru Basmati Rice and on the side,green salad, natural yoghurt,leaf coriander and if you like it hot, fresh green chilli.

Also available organic fair trade brown basmati rice. 60p additional cost for a regular size and 40p for a small. Hot toasted pitta bread only 20p.

>We encourage recycling so please feel free to re-use our packaging for refils or bring your own. Lets reduce the waste. 10p back if you do.
